JD Vance supports a nationwide ban on abortion
- Vance is an anti-choice extremist who has compared abortion to slavery and supports a nationwide abortion ban.
- His own website said he supports “eliminating” abortion and he said he would vote for Sen. Lindsey Graham’s national abortion ban.
- Vance has criticized exceptions for rape and incest survivors, saying "two wrongs don't make a right" and calling those circumstances "inconvenient.
- In 2023, Vance urged the Department of Justice to use the Comstock Act to ban abortion nationwide and prosecute health care providers. This same strategy features in Project 2025.
- Vance said he wanted to protect life “from the date of conception” and voted against protecting IVF.
JD Vance's agenda is far-right extremism

- Vance admitted he would not have immediately certified the 2020 election results, echoed Trump's baseless election denial lies, and has repeatedly downplayed the violent January 6 insurrection. Even Mike Pence, Trump's last VP, accepted the results of the 2020 presidential election.
